This workshop is for any committed intimate couples (gay or straight) who are looking for a deeper level of connection.

This won't be talk therapy, or a lecture style. This will be learning and customizing practices you can do together to create a deep and lasting connection. It will include ways of behaving with each other and that calm the nervous system and establish a sense of safety and security, the foundation of great relationships.

We tell couples to schedule regular times to growing deeper together (eg, read a book together, see a counselor, etc) this will be one of those times. If you want to feel that deep level of connection, or if you want to feel that connection again because time and life has robbed you of it, make this a priority.

Space will be limited to 6 couples.

If you have done a previous Couples Retreat with us, please consider signing up again. This work will build on what we did last time but is new areas of practice.

It will be following the work of Stan Tatkin, John Wineland and Alison Armstrong.

Bookings for this event have now closed.
